blue cheese coleslaw
Dad loves blue cheese, so this one came from their recipes. I would personally add purple onion, and make it red, white and blue slaw! :)

Ingredients
- 16 ounces shredded coleslaw mix, packaged
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
How To Make blue cheese coleslaw

Step 1Put coleslaw mix in bowl. Toss to separate. Mix together remaining ingredients. Pour over coleslaw.

Step 2Toss to coat completely, rest 5 min and toss again. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
