My best friend gave me this recipe many years ago. My children grew up loving it and continue to ask me to make this for every family gathering. It's surprising how easy & delicious this recipe is!!!

Ingredients

6-7 slices day old bread (crumbled)
1/2 small onion (chopped)
1 stick melted butter
1 large egg (beaten)
1 can reg. del monte creamed style corn

How To Make bj's corn dressing

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Spray 13x9 inch pyrex with pam & pour mixture in. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake about 30 min. or until brown.
