I love a souffle and this reminds me of that. Light and fluffy with corn added. All the family loves it. I even add cooked, crumbled bacon to it sometimes.

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1- 15 ounces can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 eggss - well beaten
How To Make best baked corn

Step 1In a medium saucepan, mix 3/4 cup milk, butter and sugar. Add corn. In a seperate bowl,dissolve flour in 1/4 cup milk. Pour flour mix into the milk/butter mixture to make a thin white sauce. Add to the corn pan. Mix in eggs.

Step 2Bake 1 hour at 400 degrees. Let set for 5 min. before serving.
