Save this butter in your refrigerator or in your freezer in small amounts..that way, when you need it, you won't have to measure. Also, you will not need to defrost from your freezer, the whole amount at once.

How to Make Basil Butter
- 1Place garlic, basil, and pepper in the bowl of a food processor. Process until the garlic is in small bits.
- 2Add the butter, and process just to mix together.
- 3Spoon into container, and refrigerate until firm.
