I love making this for Thanksgiving dinner. It tastes so much like pumpkin pie, but without the crust. Everyone loves it!

Ingredients

1 lb can(s)
pumpkin (2 cups)
1 c
sugar
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1/2 tsp
salt
1 tsp
cinnamon
1/2 c
flour
2
eggs
1 pinch
baking soda
1 can(s)
evaporated milk

ALSO

1/2 stick
margarine
1/4 c
sugar
1/8 tsp
cinnamon

Step-By-Step

1Beat eggs. Add everything else. Melt margarine in casserole dish. Pour in the mixture. Mix 1/4 cup sugar and 1/8 tsp cinnamon and sprinkle over top.
2Bake at 450 degrees 25 to 30 min.
Custardy, brownish on outside, may crack, some wiggle in middle but will set.
