I love making this for Thanksgiving dinner. It tastes so much like pumpkin pie, but without the crust. Everyone loves it!

Ingredients
- 1 lb can pumpkin (2 cups)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 - eggs
- 1 pinch baking soda
- 1 can evaporated milk
- ALSO
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make baked pumpkin

Step 1Beat eggs. Add everything else. Melt margarine in casserole dish. Pour in the mixture. Mix 1/4 cup sugar and 1/8 tsp cinnamon and sprinkle over top.

Step 2Bake at 450 degrees 25 to 30 min. Custardy, brownish on outside, may crack, some wiggle in middle but will set.
