I don't know who to give the credit to on this recipe but It is requested for every big holiday meal. I have had the recipe for about 30 years now and it tastes wonderful! It is an awesome side dish served with ham or turkey. I usually triple the recipe for large family gatherings.

How to Make Baked Pineapple


  1. Stir top 5 ingredients together. Pour into a 9"X9" casserole dish, dot with butter and bake at 325 for 45min. (If you triple the recipe it fits great in a 9"X13" casserole dish.)
