You can add bbq sauce if you like. You can also adjust the amount of brown sugar if you want, just add less or more if wanted. You can also use molasses instead of brown sugar.

  • 1 large

    green pepper
  • 1 can(s)
    bush's baked beans (any flavor)
  • 2/3 c
    light brown sugar
  • 1 small
    pack of thick sliced bacon
  • 1 tsp
  • 2 Tbsp

How to Make Baked Beans


  1. Chop and fry onion and green pepper until half way to translucent. They will cook all the way in the oven.
  2. Fry bacon to crisp (cool then crumble up)
  3. mix all ingredients in casserole dish and bake for 30 to 40 min on 350 degrees
