Not sure where I got this recipe, but I have served it many a time at pot luck dinners or family get togethers and none ever comes home.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium red pepper, finely chopped
- 2 cans pork and beans...sixteen oz. each
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard, spicy brown
- 2 tablespoons worchestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
How To Make baked bean casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a nine by thirteen by two inch casserole dish with non stick cooking spray.

Step 2In a large saucepan, brown the ground beef, onion, and pepper. Add the remainign ingredients, except the bacon. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 3Transfer the mixture to the casserole dish and spread crumbled bacon over the top. Cover with foil and bake for forty five minutes.. Remove foil and bake an additional ten minutes. Let stand ten minutes before serving.
