How to Make Aunt Gen's Sage Dressing
1breast should be dried and cubed.
2in skillet, melt oleo/butter, dice in celery, onion. Saute till tender. Add water to this and heat to boiling.
3pour over bread which you have sprinkled with salt and sage. Add apples if desired. If it seems a little dry, add a little more water. You want it dampened real well but not soggy.
4Stuff in turkey, but not too tight. Pack extra dressing at either end around neck, liver and gizzard.
