aunt gen's sage dressing
(1 RATING)
The way you can decide on how much dressing you need; one loam of breast makes a cake pan full - a good bowl and a half possible, so maybe a 10 lb turkey would only need one. per Carol Woodson

How To Make aunt gen's sage dressing
-
Step 1breast should be dried and cubed.
-
Step 2in skillet, melt oleo/butter, dice in celery, onion. Saute till tender. Add water to this and heat to boiling.
-
Step 3pour over bread which you have sprinkled with salt and sage. Add apples if desired. If it seems a little dry, add a little more water. You want it dampened real well but not soggy.
