Ingredients
- 1 package broccoli slaw mix
- 1 bunch scallions (4-5), sliced
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 to 1 cups sliced almonds
- 2 packages beef flavored ramen noodles; make according to package directions and drain off liquid
- DRESSING
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup white vinegar

Step 1Mix broccoli slaw, scallions, almonds, sunflower seed and cooked Raman noodles in a large bowl.

Step 2Whisk canola, sugar and white vinegar and toss into noodle and slaw mixture; chill & serve.
