  • 1 pkg
    broccoli slaw mix
  • 1 bunch
    scallions (4-5), sliced
  • 1 c
    sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 to 1 c
    sliced almonds
  • 2 pkg
    beef flavored ramen noodles; make according to package directions and drain off liquid

  • 3/4 c
    canola oil
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/3 c
    white vinegar

How to Make Asian Cole Slaw


  1. Mix broccoli slaw, scallions, almonds, sunflower seed and cooked Raman noodles in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk canola, sugar and white vinegar and toss into noodle and slaw mixture; chill & serve.
