The Arepa is a Spanish sandwich. with in my 42 years as a Chef. I worked for Hizinga he owns the Miami Dolphins alonf with hocky, basket ball he wanted something Spanish for the football stadem.

    milted butter
  • 2
    egg whites

    provolone cheese 2 or 3 slices
  • ·
    or mozz.cheese

How to Make Arepa


  1. Mix all dry Ingredients. Combine yolks & milk,& butter. Add to the dry Ing. mix well.In a mixer
    bowl whisk egg whites to foamy. (Peaks). Fold in to batter. Grill just like a pancake, Both
    sides. About 3 1/2 inches apart. Place a slice of cheese on one side of the Arepa & top it with the other
    Grill the arepa until cheese melts. Place un used Arepa's in
    the freezer for feather use. ENJOY
