  • 2 can(s)
    (15 oz.) pork & beans, drained
  • 4 slice
    bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 c
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    bacon drippings
  • 1/4 c
    finely diced onion

How to Make Amy's Easy Baked Beans


  1. Pour drained baked beans into a large bowl.
  2. Saute onions in 2 tsp. bacon drippings until soft. Add to baked beans.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients and mix with beans and onions.
  4. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees, 1 hour.
