I make this ever year. It is the best! It's bright and beautiful to serve also. My mother in law has taken leftovers of this home to eat.

Ingredients
- 1 - bag of fresh cranberries
- 4-6 ounces cider or apple juice
- 1 cup fresh juiced oranges, satsumas, or tangerines (i love to use satsumas off my father in laws tree)
- .75 or 1 cups white sugar
- 2 cans mandarin oranges

Step 1Mix ingredients, except mandarin oranges, in pot and bring to a boil. Cook until berries pop open and sauce thickens. Take off heat and cool and add mandarin oranges.
