Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 6
    carrots, sliced into 1/2-inch slices
  • 4
    apples, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 1/2 c
    orange juice
  • 1/4 c
    plus one tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    packed brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter, cubed
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground nutmeg

How to Make Slow-Good apples and Carrots


  1. Combine carrots, apples, orange juice, flour, brown sugar, butter and nutmeg in slow cooker (crock pot) Cover; cook on LOW 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
