Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 - eggs
- 20 ounces can drained pineapple
- 5 slices fresh bread, cubed
How To Make scalloped pineapple

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, two at a time and mix well. Add pineapple;blend. Fold bread into mixture.

Step 3Pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Bake 45 minutes. Great with ham!
