How to Make Scalloped Pineapple

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, two at a time and mix well. Add pineapple;blend. Fold bread into mixture.
  3. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Bake 45 minutes. Great with ham!
