fresh bread crumbs
1 can(s)
pineapple chunks, 20 oz, drained
3 large
eggs, beaten
2 c
sugar
1 c
butter, melted

How to Make Scalloped Pineapple

Step-by-Step

  • 1Toss together bread crumbs and pineapple chunks; place in a greased 2-quart baking dish.
  • 2Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pineapple.
  • 3Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
