  • 4 c
    fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 can(s)
    pineapple chunks, 20 oz, drained
  • 3 large
    eggs, beaten
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    butter, melted

How to Make Scalloped Pineapple

Step-by-Step

  1. Toss together bread crumbs and pineapple chunks; place in a greased 2-quart baking dish.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pineapple.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
