Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 can pineapple chunks, 20 oz, drained
  • 3 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup butter, melted

How To Make scalloped pineapple

  • Step 1
    Toss together bread crumbs and pineapple chunks; place in a greased 2-quart baking dish.
  • Step 2
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pineapple.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
