- 1 can 17 oz chunky fruit cocktail
- 1 can 20 oz pineapple tidbits
- 1 can 11 oz mandarin oranges
- 2 packages pistachio pudding mix dry
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 - 8 oz cool whip, thawed
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
How To Make pistachio ambrosia

Step 1Drain fruits, reserving 1 1/2 cups of juice. Set fruit aside. Pour juice into a medium bowl. Add dry pudding, mix and stir until smooth. Stir in sour cream. Add cool whip and mix until smooth. Fold in fruit.

Step 2Chill for several hours.

Step 3Top with pecans just before serving.
