1 can17 oz chunky fruit cocktail

1 can20 oz pineapple tidbits

1 can11 oz mandarin oranges

2 pkgpistachio pudding mix dry

1 csour cream

18 oz cool whip, thawed

1/2 cpecans, chopped
How To Make pistachio ambrosia

1Drain fruits, reserving 1 1/2 cups of juice. Set fruit aside. Pour juice into a medium bowl. Add dry pudding, mix and stir until smooth. Stir in sour cream. Add cool whip and mix until smooth. Fold in fruit.

2Chill for several hours.

3Top with pecans just before serving.
