Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 - eggs
- 1 can (20 oz.) unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
- 5 slices white bread, cubed
How To Make pineapple casserole

Step 1In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Step 2Stir in pineapple. Gently fold in the bread cubes.

Step 3Spoon into a greased 2 quart baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160 degrees. Serve warm.
