Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 can (20 oz.) unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
  • 5 slices white bread, cubed

How To Make pineapple casserole

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Step 2
    Stir in pineapple. Gently fold in the bread cubes.
  • Step 3
    Spoon into a greased 2 quart baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160 degrees. Serve warm.
