butter, softened

sugar

(20 oz.) unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
5 slice
white bread, cubed

How to Make Pineapple Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • 2Stir in pineapple. Gently fold in the bread cubes.
  • 3Spoon into a greased 2 quart baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160 degrees. Serve warm.
