- 2 cans pineapple tidbits, 20 oz. each
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 stick butter, melted
- - ritz crackers, crumbled for topping
How To Make pineapple au gratin

Step 1Put first four ingredients in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover with crumbled Ritz crackers. Melt one stick of butter and drizzle on top.
