- 1 can (32 ounce) crushed pineapple with juice
- 8 - eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup matza meal, can use 3/4 cup
- 4 - peeled and grated apples
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
How To Make passover fruit kugel

Step 1Combine pineapple, apples, eggs,sugar, oil and matza meal. Fold in apricots. Batter will be thin.

Step 2Pour into greased 9 inch X 13 inch pan.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
