Ingredients

  • 1 can (32 ounce) crushed pineapple with juice
  • 8 - eggs
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup matza meal, can use 3/4 cup
  • 4 - peeled and grated apples
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots

How To Make passover fruit kugel

  • Step 1
    Combine pineapple, apples, eggs,sugar, oil and matza meal. Fold in apricots. Batter will be thin.
  • Step 2
    Pour into greased 9 inch X 13 inch pan.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
