Ingredients For passover fruit kugel

  • 1 can
    (32 ounce) crushed pineapple with juice
  • 8
    eggs
  • 2/3 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    matza meal, can use 3/4 cup
  • 4
    peeled and grated apples
  • 1/2 c
    oil
  • 1/2 c
    chopped dried apricots

How To Make passover fruit kugel

  • 1
    Combine pineapple, apples, eggs,sugar, oil and matza meal. Fold in apricots. Batter will be thin.

    Pour into greased 9 inch X 13 inch pan.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
