This salsa goes well with seafood and pretty much anything off of the grill.

ripe papaya, diced
3/4 c
fresh pineapple, diced
1/2 c
jicama, diced
3 Tbsp
chopped red onion

scotch bonnet or serrano pepper, seeded and minced

lime zest
2 Tbsp
fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp
minced cilantro

How to Make Papaya-Pineapple Salsa

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine papaya, pineapple, jicama, red onion, chili pepper, garlic, lime zest, lime juice and cilantro.
  • 2Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • 3For best flavor and texture, do not make more than 2 hours before serving.
