This salsa goes well with seafood and pretty much anything off of the grill.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup ripe papaya, diced
  • 3/4 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 cup jicama, diced
  • 3 tablespoons chopped red onion
  • 1 - scotch bonnet or serrano pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1 - garlic clove, minced
  • 2 teaspoons lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced cilantro

How To Make papaya-pineapple salsa

  • Step 1
    Combine papaya, pineapple, jicama, red onion, chili pepper, garlic, lime zest, lime juice and cilantro.
  • Step 2
    Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Step 3
    For best flavor and texture, do not make more than 2 hours before serving.
