Ma noted that she made this for Thanksgiving in 1967, and it was very good!

Ingredients

  • 3 packages lemon jello (i would prefer orange)
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 quart orange sherbet
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 11 oz cans mandarin oranges, drained

How To Make orange salad, ma

  • Step 1
    Add boiling water to jello. Add sherbet and stir until blended. Place in fridge until mixture is very thick (this will only take a short time). Fold in orange and nuts and put into a mold.
