This easy, yummy side dish dessert came from The Country Cook. This makes a great addition to a Thanksgiving dinner. Anything with mandarin oranges, mini marshmellows and pecans have to be good! I have added this to my Thanksgiving tradition and it is now a favorite! I like to try one new recipe a year which is my tradition I pass on to my children as I like to encourage new things with the old. Makes it fun! If we like it, we add it or replace something else as we are liking more than not! But with seven children, its never too much!

Ingredients For orange fluff

1container (16 ounce ) small - curd cottage cheese

1box ( 4 servings ) orange jell-o

1can (15 ounces) mandarine oranges, well drained

1tub coolwhip ( 8 ounce )

1/3bag (10 ounce) mini marshmallows

1small can crushed pinapple - optional, well drained

1/2 cchopped pecans - optional
How To Make orange fluff

1Combine container of cottage cheese with the orange jello packet, stir well

2Add in the well drained mandarines and the well drained pineapple. Add the tub of coolwhip. Stir.

3Now stir in the marshmellows and pecans. Store in the refridgerator and let set a couple of hours. Can make this a day ahead - gotta love that!
