Ingredients
- 1 - loaf multigrain bread
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 4 cups broth (vegetable chicken or turkey)
- 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
- 1 1/2 pounds sausage ground or removed from casing( what ever kind you like. i like a chicken or italian)
- 2 - carrots, diced
- 1 - celery stalk, diced
- 1 - onion, diced

Step 1Preheat oven to 375. Dice and saute carrots, celery,and onions.When mixture has started to color add sausage. Cook until browned add dried cranberries and set aside

Step 2In separate pan heat butter and broth. While butter broth mixture is heating cube bread and mix in large bowl with sausage mixture.

Step 3When the butter is melted in to the broth pour over bread mixture and mix well look for even distribution of moisture. Place in 13x9 pan in oven covered with foil for 30 min remove foil and let bake for 15 to30 more minuets.
