La Comedia dinner theater has always had incredible food. My hands down favorite is their Sweet Potato Casserole, so I try to schedule going when I know they are serving it. One time I missed my sweet potatoes, and they served this. It is a close second, I won' t pass it up on my trip up to get food. I posted both for you to choose for yourselves!

How To Make la comedia pineapple souffle

1Pour into baking dish with melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon, 1 Tbsp. sugar. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
