I was served this dish about 20 years ago at my niece's baby shower. This is super quick and easy and can be used with different flavors of jello. Kids seem to love it and don't even realize they are eating cottage cheese. If you are dieting you can always use sugar free jello, and fat free cottage cheese and Cool Whip.

Ingredients

  • 1
    3 oz pkg jello we like strawberry, cherry, or lime
  • 1
    small can crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1
    medium size carton small curd cottage cheese
  • 1
    8 oz. carton extra creamy cool whip (thawed)

How to Make Jello Fluff

Step-by-Step

  1. In large bowl stir jello into cottage cheese and mix well
  2. Stir in drained crushed pineapple.
  3. Stir in Cool Whip. Mix well and put into bowl and cover.
  4. Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
  5. You can also add 11/2 cups minature marshmallows if you want before refrigerating
