This is a family holiday tradition since I was a kid and was revived when my kids were small.They nick named it strawberry urp. A good alternative source of protein

Ingredients
- 1 small container cottage cheese small curd
- 1 large package strawberry jello, unmade
- 1 small can crushed pineapple with liquid
- 1 package cool whip, thawed
- 1 box frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed
How To Make jello cottage cheese salad (strawberry urp)

Step 1In a sauce pan warm pineapple and strawberries in their liquid with jello mix until jello disolves. Cool slightly

Step 2fold in cottage cheese and stir. And cool whip and mix well.

Step 3refridgerate 2-4 hours, I usually make the night ahead. Serve as a side dish. Great as a protein dish for all the veggie eaters out there.
