- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon crushed scotch bonnet pepper sauce
- - ice cream - optional
How To Make grilled cantalope

Step 1Wisk together pepper sauce and honey, I like to warm slightly - set aside You'll want a hot grill for this We want to caramelize the sugars, A lower heat will just create a soft melon.

Step 2Slice your melon into 1" to 1 1/2" rings, then half Or chunk and slide on prepaired skewers

Step 3Grill a couple minutes on each side, then drizzle with sauce (a little goes a long way) Serve immediately , your favorite flavor ice cream is a option
