1/4 clight brown sugar
2 Tbspchopped pecans
4large baking apples (macintosh, granny smith or rome)
2 Tbspbutter, cut into quarters
How to Make Grilled Apples
- Combine brown sugar, raisins, nuts and cinnamon in a small bowl; set aside.
- Core apples and lace on individual sheets of heavy aluminium foil.
- Spoon mixture evenly into center of each apple. Top with butter and wrap tightly in foil.
- Place on preheated grill and cover. Cook until tender, about 20 minutes.
