1Peel and core pears. Slice into fourths. Place in ovenproof dish and drizzle some of the syrup over the pears. Place in oven 10 minutes at 375. After 10 minutes sprinkle chopped ginger over pears and add crumble.
Rub butter into flour to resemble breadcrumbs. Add oatmeal and sugar mixing well. Spread over pears. Cook for 30 minutes at 375. Serve warm with cream.
