Ingredients For dijon baked tomatoes

  • 3 lg
    tomatoes, cut in half crosswise
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 3
    scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 sm
    garlic clove, crushed

How To Make dijon baked tomatoes

    Place tomatoes on baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Combine remaining ingredients. Spread on tomatoes.

    Bake in preheated 500ºF oven 5 to 8 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
