Ingredients

  • 3 large
    tomatoes, cut in half crosswise
  • ·
    salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 3
    scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 small
    garlic clove, crushed

How to Make Dijon Baked Tomatoes

Step-by-Step

  1. Place tomatoes on baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients. Spread on tomatoes.
  3. Bake in preheated 500ºF oven 5 to 8 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
