This is quick and easy. It is light and refreshing for those hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 20 ounces can chunk pineapple, undrained
  • 2 - bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
  • 10 ounces jar marachino cherries, drained
  • 11 ounces can mandarin orange segments, undrained
  • 16 ounces can peach slices, undrained
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 3 3/4 ounces pkg instant lemon pudding and pie filling mix
  • 8 ounces container frozen whipped topping, thawed

How To Make creamy ambrosia

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl combine fruits and coconut.
  • Step 2
    Sprinkle pudding mix into fruit mixture, stirring slowly. Let stand 5 minutes. (Mixture will thicken as it stands.)
  • Step 3
    Fold in whipped topping; pour into serving bowl. Cover; refrigerate about 4 hours or until completely chilled.
