My family has been serving this along side the turkey for 4 generations. Easy, delicious and good any time of year, it is a nice change to cranberry jelly or relish.

Ingredients

  • 1 can cranberry jelly
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup sugar

How To Make cranberry ice

  • Step 1
    Heat jelly and water. Whisk in pan to help dissolve jelly. When smooth (there may be a few small lumps at the bottom of the pan), remove from heat.
  • Step 2
    Stir in lemon juice and sugar. Stir to dissolve sugar.
  • Step 3
    Pour in to indvidual serving cups. Freeze (at least 4 hours). Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving. Serve with meal or as dessert.
