(16oz each) whole cranberry sauce
1 c
olives, pitted
1 c
1 c
slivered almonds
2 Tbsp
chopped candied ginger
1 tsp
allspice, ground
1 c
packed brown sugar
1 c
cider vinegar

How to Make Cranberry Chutney


  • 1In a stainless steel saucepan, combine the ingredients. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Then simmer uncovered for 30 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.
  • 2Pack chutney in clean jars to within 1/2 inch of the top and cap. Process in a hot water bath for 5 minutes.
