- 4 cans (16oz each) whole cranberry sauce
- 1 cup olives, pitted
- 1 cup currants
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 2 tablespoons chopped candied ginger
- 1 teaspoon allspice, ground
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup cider vinegar

Step 1In a stainless steel saucepan, combine the ingredients. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Then simmer uncovered for 30 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.

Step 2Pack chutney in clean jars to within 1/2 inch of the top and cap. Process in a hot water bath for 5 minutes.
