Ingredients
- 3 ounces package lemon gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 small jar pimento cheese spread
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
- 9 ounces carton of cool whip
- 1 cup toasted pecans, if desired
How To Make concealed lemon and pimento cheese salad

Step 1Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add sugar and cheese spread. Mix well. Add drained pineapple.

Step 2Let congeal to consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Fold in cool whip and pecans. Pour into oiled ring mold. Pace in refrigerator to congeal.
