Ingredients

  • 3 ounces package lemon gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 small jar pimento cheese spread
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 9 ounces carton of cool whip
  • 1 cup toasted pecans, if desired

How To Make concealed lemon and pimento cheese salad

  • Step 1
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add sugar and cheese spread. Mix well. Add drained pineapple.
  • Step 2
    Let congeal to consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Fold in cool whip and pecans. Pour into oiled ring mold. Pace in refrigerator to congeal.
