Ingredients

5 tablespoons plain flour
1 cup sugar
1 stick margarine, melted
2 cans chunky pineapple, drained
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups ritz crackers, crumbled

How To Make cheesey pineapple casserole

Step 1

Put the drained pineapple into a casserole dish that has been sprayed with PAM.

Step 2

Mix sugar and flour together with whisk. Sprinkle over the pineapple.
Step 3

Cover with cheese, then the crumbled crackers.
Step 4

Pour the margarine over all. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
