Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons plain flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 2 cans chunky pineapple, drained
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups ritz crackers, crumbled
How To Make cheesey pineapple casserole

Step 1Put the drained pineapple into a casserole dish that has been sprayed with PAM.

Step 2Mix sugar and flour together with whisk. Sprinkle over the pineapple.

Step 3Cover with cheese, then the crumbled crackers.

Step 4Pour the margarine over all. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
