- 1 - chai tea bag
- 5 - small gala or fuji apples, peeled, cored, and coarsely chopped
- 2 - bartlett pears, peeled, cored, and coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
How To Make chai apple-pear sauce

Step 1Bring 1 cup water and chai tea bag to a boil in a large saucepan. Add apples, pears and brown sugar. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until fruit is soft, about 20 to 25 minutes.

Step 2Process in a blender, in batches, until coarsely pureed, or mash with a potato masher for a chunkier texture.
