How to Make Candy Apple Salad
- Core apples, Chop.. leaving the peelings intact.
- Coarsley chop walnuts and set aside.
- Bring 1 1/2 cups of water to a boil. Pour in the Red Hots and boil until melted. Remove pan from heat and add in 1 1/2 cups cold water and the chopped apples. Refrigerate until thickened but not completely gelled.
- Add walnuts, pushing into the jello until covered. Return back to the refrigerator until set....
Serve and enjoy. If you can't find Black Cherry Jello, cherry works just as well.
