Ingredients

115 ounce can apricots
-
1sleeve ritz crackers, crushed

1/4cup brown sugar

1stick butter (i use smart balance), melted or cut in pats
How to Make Baked Apricots
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8 inch square pyrex dish, (or one of approximate size). Pour apricots with juice in dish, sprinkle brown sugar over, top with 1/2 the butter, sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers over mixture, covering well. Top with rest of the butter. Bake until mixture is bubbly and crackers are slightly browned, approximately 20-25 minutes.
