This is my granddaughters favorite applesauce. They can't ever get enough. Making it with just 2 apples won't do.

How to Make Baked Applesauce


  1. Spray a 1 quart baking dish with non stick spray.
  2. Peel and slice the apples and place in the baking dish.
  3. Combine the sugar, cinnamon and vanilla and mix with the apples.
  4. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until the apples are soft enough to mash.
  5. Remove from oven and mash with a fork.
  6. Use as many apples as you need and increase the rest of ingredients accordingly.
