Ingredients

  • 3 pounds apples, peeled and cut
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • - sugar, to taste
  • dash salt

How To Make applesauce

  • Step 1
    In a 3qt pot, put in apples, add water. Watch that they don't stick or burn. Add more water if needed.
  • Step 2
    After they cook up, add sugar to taste and a dash of salt.
  • Step 3
    If making more than one batch, can or freeze extra.
