1 1/3 cups milk
1 1/2 tablespoons grated orange zest

1 cup ricotta cheese
3 egg yolks
1/3 cup white sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons orange flower water
4 egg whites
