1/2 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup diced ham or Genoa salami
2 tablespoons chopped red or green bell peppers
1/2 cup diced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup diced, pitted black olives
1 tube (10 ounces) refrigerated pizza dough, or an equivalent amount of homemade dough
4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan or provolone cheese
