1/2 pound shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails removed

1 tablespoon olive oil

6 garlic cloves, minced

1 and 1/2 cups dry white wine

Juice from 1/2 a lemon
•
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
•
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
•
1/4 teaspoon salt
•
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
•
2 tablespoons butter
•
1 cup heavy cream
•
1 and 1/2 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
•
8 ounces pasta cooked according to package directions (I used Farfalle)
