INGREDIENTS
16-20 Shrimp (shell removed and cleaned)
1/2 lb. Linguine
14 oz. can of Mutti Polpa (or any other brand polpa, fresh plum tomatoes also can be used)
4 Garlic cloves (halved)
3 Garlic cloves (minced)
1/4 cup White wine (Chardonnay)
Handful of parsley (chopped)
Several basil leaves
Crushed hot pepper (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
Extra virgin olive oil
