1 lb large (21-25 per lb) size raw shrimp, (defrosted, if frozen) peeled and deveined
2 cups chopped kale
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 large garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp fresh black pepper
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil + (optional) 1 tsp for drizzling
