INGREDIENTS
Note: If you can't find dumpling wrappers, gyoza wrappers also work.
For the Sauce:
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup black vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons toasted white sesame seeds
For the Shrimp Dumplings:
1 pound large shrimp–shelled, deveined and diced
2 teaspoons minced lemongrass (optional)
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon sugar
1¼ teaspoon salt
Thirty 3½-inch round dumpling wrappers (see note above)
