INGREDIENTS
¼ cup butter
1 medium onion, diced(1 cup)
½ bell pepper, diced(1/2 cup)
1 stalk of celery, diced(1/2 cup)
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon creole seasoning
½ teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 bay leaf
1 pound of tomatoes, diced
1 cup of chicken broth
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 pound of shrimp, uncooked, shelled and deveined
4 cups of cooked rice
