7 strips of bacon
4 green onions
1 onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon old bay seasoning
1/4 c heavy cream
1 cup stone ground grits
2 cups chicken stock
2 cups half and half (can use whole milk instead)
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 c shredded cheese
1 c frozen (or fresh) corn kernels
1 pound raw shrimp (shelled and deveined)
1/2 pound bay scallops
