salt (to taste)
2 tbsp butter
3/4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb shrimp ((peeled and deveined))
8 oz bacon
2 shallots
1/3 cup thinly sliced sun-dried tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup diced green onion
